Empty islands are L$ 1000 purchase, islands with homes/landscaping vary from L$ 1250 - L$ 1750. Tier is L$ 2250 per week (L$ 9000/month). You do not need to be a premium member to own land on Chicahuac.

Chicahuac offers a quiet residential experience, away from the shops and clubs. There is a romantic grotto and tai chi at the welcome center.
