I have just placed beautiful, large, beach homes on a hill and a pier. The larger house overlooks the ocean and the other large house (somewhat smaller) is set on a beautiful stone pier at waters edge with waves rolling in. There is beach and palms in between the two house. The 3rd house is on a hill overlooking the bay in front.
You may ask me to remove the house and/or any of the objects on the land you do not wish to have there. I will allow you to place your own house up to 30 prims without interfering with the prim limits. You may also purchase additional prims at 2.5L per prim.
EACH HOUSE HAS PRIVACY WINDOWS AND DOORS...LOCKABLE OF COURSE.
This is a low lag mainland beach sim.
