Adastra - completely residential environment on a new class 5, low lag private Estate Island.
This is not a mainland sim landscaped to look like an Island. You are not required to pay for a premium SL account nor do you pay any tier fees to Linden Labs.
You have the ability to terraform your own parcel, sculpt shoreline, landscape, create lakes, streams or use Linden water in pools.
A variety of lease parcels are available - from 768 to 4,096 sq m. There are a few rental homes & sky boxes for those that want to keep things as simple – just add furnature.
Each parcel has a choice of fee/tier rates allowing you to pick the one that suits you best. Signs on each available parcel explain the fee/tier rates.
