I currently have 4 parcels of 4096sqm with 937 prims for rent on my sim Vampiretopia. The parcels can be joined to make bigger ones. The monthly tier per parcels is 7,500 lindens (adjust accordingly for larger parcels). Note:-Vampiretopia is vampire/goth/BDSM themed not solely for vampires.

Try free for a week before commiting, if after that week you are satisifed then sign up for a months tenancy for the cost of 3 weeks. After the initial first month if you wish to stay then pay the full tier and have the option of purchasing the land for 0 lindens.

a 4096sqm parcel for free on a class 5 no lag private sim, full parcel powers, ability to sell the parcel, choice of accomodations or use your own, free landscaping if you require it, all accomodations have locking doors, option to be added to the estate security system for free or install your own, unlimited free access to the rest of the sim which includes, the arenas, mall, magnificient to be seen castle which contains , club, disco, dungeons, tv lounge, ballroom all free to use.
