At some point I will be moving my sim "Carnivale Amusements" from the mainland, to an estate sim, maybe two sims if I can swing it. My park has a weekly traffic of about 12,000 and a weekend traffic of about 15,000. I am thinking with a better running sim that traffic can potentially get even higher, I do get a few complaints about hosting on the mainland.
So I am looking to either join a dedicated community, or to rent an estate sim from a reputable landlord. Potential to scale commissions for a lower rent, accepting business offers now. Expecting to move for May/June 2009.
I absolutely need a full sim, with the option to expand in the future. This is a rental, I can't afford the startup on a purchase, not this year anyway.
