Silent Land Auction

Joe's Estates is holding a silent auction for 4 individual parcels of land.
You can view the parcels up for sale in our Land Office located at the land mark provided.

So how does it work?
Each parcel is posted on the wall with a teleporter so you can easily get to the lot(s) you are interested in. After viewing the lots and reading the covenant you can proceed back to the Land Office and place your bid by clicking on the Bid Clipboard.
The Rules

1. Bidding will close on Sept 5th 2008 at 3:00 PM SLT.
2. By placing your bid you understand the estate's covenant and tier rates.
3. After bidding has closed the winning bidders will be notified and the parcels will be set to sell to them for the bid price.
4. Winning bidders have 12 hours to purchase the parcel and pay the tier fee to the tier box.
5. Any parcels not claimed within the 12 hours will revert to the next higest bidder.
