ADC FREE LEASE
• First you must be a registered Member of SlamX. – If you are not a Member, Please register now here: http://slamx.net
Registration is Free.
• When you are ready to Lease a Shop at the Capital Mall – 1st just click on the Auto-Lease Sign on location, pay whatever amount is specified, and then login to your SlamX Account and post here: http://tinyurl.com/5hgaz4 (Must be logged in)
• The Standard Capital Mall Lease is Free, technically you have to pay L$1 per unit - L$2 for Double units, in order to make the script work. For anyone that may be bothered about that, as it is a Free Lease Option, we are willing to return the L$1 to you, it is just required in order to make the script work that is all.
• Once your Lease begins, and you have posted at your SlamX Account as requested, a Member of our staff will contact you and make arrangements to get you set up at your shop and cover any questions you may have.
• In order to make your Free Lease Free, you must place all products sold through your shop in our Vendors. When any item sells, you will automatically receive 75% of the Sale amount and we will receive 25% of the sale amount.
• Your initial Free Lease will cover you for 2 weeks – during those 2 weeks you must make at least 1 Sale in order to maintain your Free Lease.
• If a sale is not made within the required time – Don’t Panic – we will not just throw you out of your shop. It is in our best interest to make sure your shop is successful, so we will do everything in our power to assist you in making sure your products sell and making your shop a success. We also have additional products we can put in your vendors and you can sell as your own. Always remember there are plenty of SlamX Members also available to help you and share ideas
• For shop owners that may not wish to use our Vendors, or are not happy sharing their commissions, then you may select to pay a weekly rent of L$50 per unit. This may also apply to a shop owner that began with a Free Lease Option, but then begins selling so much that it becomes cheaper to pay the L$50 as apposed to sharing the 25%.
• Prim Count: Acceptable Prims in any shop are always negotiable as are any aspect of your shop – for a default value we have set them very high.
– In accordance with our Covenant and ADC Rules we Absolutely WILL NOT TOLERATE any products, services, or content of any Graphic Sexual Nature or any content that may be found to be offensive to any Members, Residents, or Visitors to the ADC.
Materials and services such as lingerie, basic under garments, and/or avatar skins are considered acceptable – if you are unsure about the content you are wishing to offer, then please post in the SlamX Forum and the matter can be addressed
