Solace Beach Estates is looking to buy a few sims. Class 4 or 5 OK, with or without tenants. Existing renters are fine, and we will keep them at their current rates so long as they're paying at least 1.5L$/prim/week.
If you're looking to sell, we can provide a swift and smooth transaction (I'm experienced with the LL transfer process) and stability for your tenants.
We are especially wanting sims with $195/month grandfathered tier, but we're open to normal tier sims, and a homestead or two.
Since grandfathered tier could end at any time, we're willing to pay a fair but not excessive price. Price for any sim type will also depend on tier date and existing renters.
