Two ocean regions are already in place around 'Palm Dunes'. Over time ocean sims - with water you can sail, surf and water-sport in - will be added all around Palm Dunes!
These 2 islands can be combined and terraformed into one large island.
YOU DO NOT need a premium account to have a private island here!
It is cheaper to buy here, than to have a lot on the laggy mainland on a premium account.
The islands are on a fast 'Class 5' server - virtually no lag and great stability!
