That means if you buy it within the next 48 hours, you will not have to pay teir again until the 20th of February directly to Linden Lab.

However, if you do not like the location , it can be changed. The name can also be changed. When an island is transfered, the first name change and location change is free.

Objects are not included. I will upload a lovely harbor setting .raw file for you with nice textures if you want unless you prefer to terraform yourself.

People think they getting a month tier free with Linden Lab but that is not true. It only seems that way because of the wait. By the time you get your island, you it will probably be close to tier time again. By buying from me, there is no wait. Since I just paid tier today, no payment until the 20th of next month. Voila! Simple.

When you are sure that you want to buy the island, you need to submit a support ticket to Linden Lab, stating you want the island or will accept to have the island transfered to you. Once that is done, please let me know your support ticket and pay me in Lindens via Second Life for the sum of 423, 920 Lindens. Or.. you can also pay first and then submit the ticket.. either way is fine. I will not submit my ticket until payment has been recieved. Once you have successfully paid for the island, I will make you an estate manager so you can begin building whilst we wait for Linden Lab to finalize the transfer. That usually only takes a few days. .. meanwhile you will have full control over the island.
