We through parties every week to keep our renters entertained at our beach themed club. We also offer free TV (youtube and rented movies). The apartments can be either furnished or unfurnished or a combination of both. The apartments have Opening and Closing Blinds, Security Systems, Notification of entry to your apartment, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you buy 4 weeks you get 1 week absolutely free.

These are the following Rates:
Hosts 35L$/hour + 100%Tips
DJ's 40L$/hour + 100% Tips
Dancers 30L$/hour + 90% Tips
CSR 20L$/hour + 5% commission of the first week of any renter you encourage to rent an apartment. AKA (25L$ Bonus). If they buy more than one week it's 5% of that fee. Which would be (25L$ x number of weeks rented).
