I have one 500 prim spot open as well as one of the same size up in the sky. Both rentals are 1000/week. The land rental must have a building that fits within the look of the rest of the buildings, the sky can be whatever you want. The area is a mix of Mediterranean Apartments, small Tuscan villas and Japanese houses, and Elven treehomes. Also has a huge lake with a swim hub, slide, and diving board.
