This sale includes:
1. 512 land - mainland, mature, 117 prims, no covenant. You will need premium account to own land.
2. Shack House: House, pool, teleporter system, locking door. Once you buy - You can lock the door by right clicking for several seconds until a drop down menu appears. Then you are able to control the features on the door - which is upstairs. (*This is a NDE door - if that means anything to you)
3. Full Perm Items:
Three different furniture sets which includes banners in which I use to promote the items. They are full perm - Copy, Modify, Transfer. This means you can change the colors, add different animations etc. You can re-sell, give it away - You can basically do what you want. (Even sell it as a business in a box - I don't care) Although, You should already know how to modify. If you mess up on an item - I can not help you nor do I offer modifing lessons. (*Note* always make extra copies of each item- in case that does happen)
T-shirts: I included several t-shirts and pictures for you to sell or do what you wish. Again, it's up to you.
