Cove Islands initially purchased open space sims as a means of connecting our full sim continents.

We then started toe receive enquiries from people who wanted to live on them, without estate manager rights, not necessarily even with the full sim... just those who wanted to be a unique resident on a sim.

So this is what we did:-

We created a stunning 10672sqm private island parcel (3203 prims) on four of these open spaces and allowed +/-10m terraforming on it for the owner. These parcels are surround by 55000sqm of protected water with a guarantee that there will always only be ONE resident on it.

For those who want estate manager rights and the run of a sim, this is not for you.

For those who want a stunning parcel offering a little more privacy with the full service of experienced estate managers, this is ideal.
