I rented this site for the last 4 weeks and was a good tenant with no complaints. Last week I was booted after being 1 day late with the rent - I had been on time the 3 weeks previously. No warning, no IM, no nothing. Just booted. It's a great site, and I thought the landlords were great people until this.
Just a word to the wise.
