I have moved to a new location and after almost 5 years of owning land in Chartreuse, it's time to sell. The plot is 5120 sqm and allows for 1171 prims.

This was the location for my store, TorridWear, for a long time and I had consistent, decent traffic. It's next door to 5th Order (animations by Jonny Dusk) and across from Creature Co. by Neil Protagonist. Neighboring sims include Crimson, Mauve, and Bisque. It is one of the oldest sims in Second Life. It hasn't been easy letting it go!

The price is L$45,000 currently but if you have another price in mind we can discuss it.
