The Blue Moon Bay is designed to offer every renter a spacious island with lots of water around. All of the islands offer an unblocked view to the ocean and/or to the central bay area.
Buildings are expected to be in tropical or mediteranian style (Italian, Spanish, Greek). modern beach houses are also ok if they fit into the overall concept.
All free islands are residential ONLY.
You can build shops in skyboxes above 300 meters, if desired.
