Parcels are 4096 sqm, has 937 prims and have their own beach and dunes. If you buy parcels next to each other, they can be combined and terraformed into one.
The coast line is protected! (Land will not suddenly be added after you have bought your land).

The economy is set up so that it will be cheaper for you to buy here, than to have a lot on the laggy mainland on a premium account.
