There are several 1024s and 512s for sale in Vyacheslav, a mostly residential sim on the new continent. 6000 for 512s, 11999 for 1024s. It's a developed community, with a nice mix of residents. Brand new commercial space just opened in the center, and is a prime opportunity for commercial space, with all eyes on the plaza area in the center of the sim.
