we have several parcels of 4096m going for FREE. due to time wasters all u have to do is pay the tier fee for the first month and the plot of land u brought is urs to do with as u please.
you wont have to pay ur next installment of tier fee till the next month around the same day u purchased it. so if u brought a plot on the 1st of february, it wouldnt be due again till the 1st of march. first tier fee for the month is 8450L$.
