There will be shops in different sizes for rent. Big ones (90 prims each) and small ones (45 prims each). The place will be more than 10.000 sq.m. big, mabye more than 18.000 sq.m. So far, 2048 sq.m. are done - more will follow within the next days...
To attract new customers, there will be live acts and other special events...

The grand opening will be on July 1st. Till July 1st the big shops will be 50L$ per week and the smaller ones 25L$ per week.
BUT!!!
If you rent now, the first week after the grand opening will be only 1L$ for you!!!
If you decide to leave then, its absolutely OK. NO PROBLEM. No need to stay longer than you want!!!
Normal prices will be: 450L$ per week for 90 prim shops, 235L$ per week for 45 prim shops.
