This sim is protected by LL water beach side mainland sim, very flat land, no hills. The whole sim is for sale as one parcel for 1.5mil linden dollars. The sim's around it are not populated with advert land and is quite beautiful to own. Seller has own this land for a long time and is sad to let it go but is moving onto better things
