This isn't rocket science. I've been in the private estate biz for 2 years. I've just finished Shaw Island and there are several parcels for month to month rental or purchase to secure a lower tier. Privacy is valued on these all residential sims. The sim is opened to many water sims for your boating pleasure. Also see Welcome Home Estate sims of Margaritaville and Gillcar Valley are a few open plots.
This is real money but it doesn't have to complicated. Rent or buy from experience.
