I just lowered my price on my sim..Its now 268k Lindens or 950 USD. Serious inquires ONLY. You CAN buy the land directly w/out going through me by paying strictly in Linden dollars. I prefer PayPal.

**I really need to get this transaction done by Wednesday Dec 7th . I am moving in RL and don't know how much time I will have to tend to this.

**Buyer MUST have a paypal account or $268,000 LD to purchase. (I prefer the Paypal acct)

**I will absorb the transfer fee. RL is putting the crunch on me. Pass this along to anyone you think might want to buy their own sim and wants go along the cheaper end of the land fee for owning one.

**Monthly tier is $195.00 paid directly to Linden Labs.

**$100 transfer fee will be covered by ME.
