Hi,

Unfortunately, due to some RL commitments and increased RL expenses of its owner, Jamville (http://slurl.com/secondlife/Jamville/) is downsizing a bit and looking for a new responsible mayor to transfer island to.

Jamville is a creativity-oriented community with three interesting tenants:

* sculpture park;
* machinima studio — Machinima Expo 2008 was hosted by them (http://www.machinima-expo.com/);
* SOMARTS art gallery — a replica of real SF-based art gallery

It has some "municipal" structures like city hall, very nice cinema and concert stagel; as well as some experimental things like The Tube. All these items are transferable into posession of a new mayor (though not directly, since they are notransfer).

It used to have an adjacent openspace sim for a sandbox nearby — but due to coming tier date I already filed an abandonmnet ticket :(

Jamville currently generates L$39,500 per month and still has some space to rent out.

Jamville also has $50 value jamville.sl domain and ExpressionEngine CMS ($249.95 value commercial license [afair, it is tranfserable], http://expressionengine.com/) on which it runs on now at http://www.enginehosting.com/ hosting. So, as far as you can see, it has some extra things you might like :)

I am looking for a trustworthy person who would like to continue running a nice neighborhood in a same way I did. It is mandatory requirement not to change current tenants' rent unless they will explicitly agree for the raise.

I also might want to stay here as a tenant and pay usual rent — but I haven't decided yet.

Sim tier due date is 25th.

I will help you adjusting all the things and will introduce you to current tenants.

Whenever I will find a right person I will be able to transfer this island for a NOMINAL fee. All I want is to let current tenants be happy with their community. I wish I had more time and spare cash :) but unfortunately, that's not today's reality :)

Please contact me either in-world (Jurek Twine) or by email jurek.twine@gmail.com — would be happy to talk to you.

Regards,
Jurek Twine.
