Cove Islands real estate does what a lot of other private estate companies in game do...we sell parcels on sims with residential/commerce/commercial zoning. Our residential have varying prim bonuses up to 30%. All commercial and commerce are double prim and roadside. So, ok, we do what a number of other companies out there are doing right now.

This, on the other hand, is what we do not do.

*We do NOT charge for administrative tasks such as like for like swapping and parcel merges.
*We do NOT just cut our sims up in an ugly and dismal grid like fashion. Ours are planned and landscaped to look gorgeous.
*We do NOT sell you a parceland then forget you exist. We have round the clock support via our live support system, ticketing system and in world!
