With great regret, I am announcing that I plan to finally sell my lease of my original lot in Caledon (Lot 1) due to land neglect (land I can not utilize due to it's distance from my store and my residence). The lot is situated right beside a telehub which is great if you're planning to own a store--which was a great help to me when I was starting out.

The total size of the lot is at 4,096sqm.
