I will be renting out this 1,536sqm plot for a very long time, only for 700L$. You will have total control over the plot, besides selling it.
Basically you can do almost anything with the plot (Edit terrain, return objects, landscape with plants, build, set the options on the land, etc etc).
All you need to do is specify how long you wish to rent (weekly increments)
The plot is in a PG Sim, and is very flat. Quiet area, almost always no one around except 1 - 2 people from time to time.
