Land is for private or business also Adult, at Homestead Sims or on Full sim in Denmark. We would recommend you take around and sees land and surrounding area, as these can not be described but must be experienced
You get owner rights to the land tools and can terraform as you like, and if you have a whole sim estate rights to.

For all land (minus the sandbox) when you click on the land and "buy" you have pay for the first weeks rent. There is price sign on the pacels, and pacels can be join.
