The Avilion Hinterlands sim is for sale by Serenity Sieyes and Malakh Giles. This sim is being sold as-is with all content included with the sale of the sim. This means that everything you see here (except some no-transfer items) will be transfered to the buyer of the sim. The terrain of the sim will also remain and be transfered to the buyer.
This is a full medieval fantasy build. The build includes the maze, the Camelot Castle, the hidden cave, temple on top of the mountain, and more. All transferable items upon the sim will be sold to the buyer with the current permissions on all items being passed to the buyer.
There are some items which we will not be able to fully transfer (as-in we do not have transfer permissions on them), and a list of these items can be provided upon request.
All statues you see on the Camelot sim were created by Musa David, and can be purchased through her store.

Avilion Hinterlands Sim Information

The sim is a Class 4 sim, with Grandfathered status with Linden Lab. The monthly tier cost for the sim is $195.00 USD, which the buyer will pay monthly to Linden Lab. The tier is due on the 13th of every month.
This is a full sim: 15,000 prim limit and 65,536 sq. meters.
The owners of Avilion, Serenity Sieyes and Malakh Giles, are selling the sim full transfer. The buyer will gain control of the entire sim, and may do what they wish with it.
The asking price for the sim is $2,000 USD (approx. L$545,000). Again, the sim is being sold with all transferable content included; this includes all transferable objects upon the sim which will be sold to the buyer upon transfer of the sim. Serenity Sieyes and Malakh Giles will pay for the transfer cost of the sim, which includes the rename of the sim as well as the relocation of the sim.
Please note, we will also entertain offers for the sim without the build on it (as in an empty sim). However, we would like to sell the sim with the build first.
The buyer may name the sim anything they wish, but cannot have the word "Avilion" in it. The sim must be moved away from the main Avilion continent, but the buyer can choose to have it moved to the East near the Avilion Homestead sims, or anywhere else that's available on the grid for that matter.
