It consist of 3 full prim class 5 regions, and 4 ocean sim that stretch all the way in front of the 3 full prim sims.
One of the nicest beachs you will see in SL, two of the sims will be residential only, with plots starting at 2048 sqms and higher dependant on what you require you can join to make larger.
The third full prim sim will be classed as commercial, again lots will start at 2048 sqms.
We are prebooking the parcels on these sims on a first come first serve basis, unlike the mainland you can purchase you estates here for just 5 linden per sqm, and our tiers are amongst the best in Sl.
