I have sim that's coming up for rent in the 3 or 4 days. The current tenant is having RL troubles, so is leaving SL for a bit. Would like to get someone to take it over. With down payment of the first weeks tier ($L22000 a week) paid before the tenant vacates, you may rename it. The tier will then start when you take control of the sim.
