If you have a full-prim sim that you want to sell, with full transfer of ownership, please email me (nikki.brennan@gmail.com) or drop me a notecard in-world and include the details: asking price, tier due date, and confirmation of occupancy status. I'm interested only in an unoccupied sim (no tenants).
