Island Fiji huts with privacy blinds etc.
These are 1/4 sim islands and all the water surrounding them is open for your enjoyment. Swim, boat, play with the windsurfers and hang gliders that are there for your enjoyment.
You may use security orbs in your home and on your island but you can not block access to the ocean here. You may seascape the ocean on your parcel if you like of course.
The islands are deeded to you or your group so you have control of land options. You should of course read the convenant as NO ugly red fences are allowed here.
