New Albion, a community of mostly quiet but friendly tenants, has skyboxes for rent. Tenants with my skybox community get most land rights with their rental including access to the ground below for landscaping your own garden area. Rents are reasonable and the land is privately owned so there is no main-land lag to deal with. It is a beautiful community with lots of flowers and trees. Land is available to rent as well.
