*Full resell rights on your parcel. We won't restrict what you sell it for, when you sell or who to. That's entirely up to you!
*No strict tier frequency! Tier is paid in lindens in game to a terminal which stands on its own 16sqm parcel just on the border of yours. You can pay a day at a time, week at a time or a month at a time! As long as you're always in positive credit, we don't mind how much you choose to pay at one time. And we certainly don't demand a month up front! No need for any Paypal setup either!
*No hidden charges! We don't believe you should be charged for administrative tasks! Your tier covers all that! So if you want parcels merging or even if you want to swap parcels (like for like) you won't be charged a penny! You can upgrade your parcel and only pay the difference in parcel values. You won't ever be charged for an administrative task.
*We reward residents who refer friends! We believe that if someone you know buys a parcel from us because you referred them, you should be rewarded! And you will be. We pay 2400 lindens in tier to anyone quoted as a referrer by someone buying a new parcel from us!
*Terraforming is enabled.... but not expoitable! You can raise or lower and by 4m either way on residential, which means you can customise your parcel but rest assured that your neighbour won't be raising a mountain in front of your sunset view! On commerce/commercial you can lower by 100m.
*Residential parcels have buffer space between them - no more prims and objects belonging to your neighbour overhanging onto your plot!
