Need to sell one parcel on the mainland quickly due to tier problems. I've moved to a larger parcel in another sim. Currently reduced to L$1500. Premium account required, 117 prims, green level terrain. Available now, open sale to anyone offered. Would go for over L$2000 at auction if I am forced to abandon it.
