The sim is designed by Sister Sliter and the style is dark urban.
Name of the sim is Atlantis City II

Its an openspace sim with 3750 prims.
Round about 1700 are used for building and so 2000 are left for your own "additional" design
The theme there is called "Sunken Dark City" because its an underwater world.
You will find a small town with 4 major buildings, hidden ways, fully furnitured, some special effects, high quality design and each building with a special interieur.
If you buy it than the only condition is that all buildings should be used and the design should stay on the sim.
The sim is very good for roleplayers to have rp there or to use it as homebase for rp clans.
The price is 9999L$ and the monthly tier is 90 US if you pay via Paypal or 25000 L$ if you wanna pay in-world.
If you buy the sim you will get estate manager rights.
The sim is not full transfer, so don't ask about pls
