Solace Beach Rentals is a small, friendly company offering land with and without houses. Most islands are zoned Residential/small business, with a few residential-only. Rent starts as low as 250L$/week for 117 prims, and we're always willing to give extra help to first-time renters. You get your name on the land, and the ability to name your parcel and show in search. We also offer Openspace sims with flexible pricing options.
We have tropical estates with both light and black sand beaches, as well as green hilly land, with water access from nearly all parcels.
