Berg is the newest snowy sim on the grid and is suitable for all purposes, including malls, clubs, condominiums, skyboxes, apartments, and private residences. Limited terraforming is allowed. Please consult the sim's Land Covenants.

Yes, you can buy snowy land, but for a fraction of the cost you can live in the same kind of luxury in the mountains. Because of that fact, spaces may be hard to obtain once the sim is 100% rented out. As always, click on Land Owners and Property Lines to see the orange colored parcels that are available.
