Our group has been putting together holdings for various projects all across Secondlife. Our parcels are picked for location. When we find farms of ad signs, we buy what we can and join parcels. Nearly all of our parcels are roadfront, or waterways! Ideal land to build your Secondlife business up, setup an elegant club, hangout, or home.
Our group is focused now on developing products. Many parcels of land are unused, and ready for new tenants. Pricing is based on prim usage in the parcel, if a shared parcel. Or total prim allotment for leases on entire parcels. You can build large objects without running off to a sandbox, as long as you clean up and put things away. At just 1.75 a prim per week, it is quite reasonable to rent! No tier fees when your renting!
An example would be if you were renting a 512^2 meter lot. The total prim allotment is 117, so you would pay l$205 a month. Or, say you were using 200 prims in a buildout on a large 4096^2 meter parcel. The parcel is shared with other renters, so you pay l$350 a week for your share of the parcel.
Prim count is based on a mean of random timed samples of the total prim usage per parcel broken down by renter.
We also offer option contracts to purchase any parcel you are renting, so you can build with the confidence of future ownership. Renters also have access to utilize our sandboxes, and do public works on easement and common areas. You can also move from one parcel to another we own without worry.
