Full Class 5 Sim for Sale! Includes Transfer

I am selling my Class 5 Sim for L$185,000.
I am asking L$92,500 paid to my Avatar.
Then the other L$92,500 paid through Second Life new policy.

The 92,500 will also give you Estate Manager rights so you can use the Sim before it's transfered

Reason for this is because I have done Sim Transfers with (LL) new policy and the person
just backed down or never submitted the ticket.

So I only want Serious Buyers Only!
