Rent the Openspace region of Suburbana for 1000L$ per day, that is the entire region 65536m2 and 3750 prims. You have to "purchase" the region for 175000L$ but that is refundable once you leave (and it goes towards the purchase of further Openspace regions by Estate of Mind). If you leave mid-month you will be billed for the rest of that month. If you are interested in such an offer but someone beats you to Suburbana, IM Mercia McMahon and Estate of Mind will probably purchase other Openspace regions to sell at the same rates. You are required to maintain a navigable ring of water around your region, but other than that you may terraform and use the region as you wish. You must also maintain public access, no ban lines or security orbs. And no form of spam whatsoever.
