I have a 2048 lot with 585 prims. I'm selling it for just the tier, which is 4400L. I also have a 4096 lot with 1171 prims, selling for tier which is 7700L. You could join the land and have LOTS of prims in a prime location for your business or home base.
The island has a lot going on such as fun clubs, a unique shopping mall (mall is full) scooters, bikes, water sports, basketball hoop and batting cage. I have a 1 linden shop in the sky which comes in very handy when you need something in a pinch.
Also, we have apartments for rent for 300L with 85 prims.
