Nassau Shores has recently been redeveloped and the redevelopment has opened up two 4096 plots of land for rent.

Both plots have at least one side against the water and both plots also border the new Beach Park, part of the 2 new parks on Nassau Shores.
One plot in particular (the top middle of the picture) would be a perfect place for someone to open a general club. The land owners have expressed a desire for a general dance club to open next to the main mall and may "cut a deal" with the nightclub owner if they wish to rent. The plot in the top right of the picture would be a perfect place for that large home you have.
