Westbury
I have three 4096m beautiful lots available on the mainland oceanfront sim of Westbury. This mainland sim was one of the last that was created with the beautiful sugar white sandy texture that is so popular and versatile.
The three plots are 4096m each with 937 prims. They are adjacent to one another and right on the waterfront with a gorgeous beach and a clear water view. I own all land right up to the border of a currently empty linden ocean sim and have created a charming bay for the enjoyment of everyone in this new little community. As such, this area is perfect for boating and you can launch your watercraft right from your beach. The views are spectacular. On one side you have the open ocean and on the other there is a cool Egyptian museum with pyramids, sphinxs and other monuments.
Each plot is mostly flat and as a result is a snap to build on. If you have an extremely ambitious project, I am happy to join two or more vacant lots
I put up a few beautiful beach homes that feature lockable doors and tintable windows. If you decided to rent this land and you don’t care for the home I have placed you are free to remove them and replace with your own to suit your needs.
