Open-air mall ; deep initial discount plus permenant renewal discount for new renters

Prospero's Peakcock-Park Mall is an open-air mall in a PG sim where each vendor store is its own parcel. This means that you can change the name and description of the parcel where your store sits, and list it in "places search." The option to include your parcel in places search is included as part of the rent.

Each vendor store is on a plot that's 96sqm and supports 20 prims for your own building. (26 prims total including the pre-existing kiosk and rental box.)

INTRODUCTORY RATE : $70/week for up to 8 weeks. Thereafter, your renewal will be $100/week. The regular rate is $130/week for a vendor store. Remember that this fee includes the ability to list your store in places search!
