There is a covenant on Welcome Home Estates that does not allow commercial activities so we can keep the place a quiet and secluded respite. Any terraforming necessary to accomdate your home will be done by the sim owner in working closely with you.

Horse trails are set up spanning many sims. While privacy is held in high regard in Welcome Home Estates, we have crafted the trails along the edge of the land so others may use them.
The land is set to be paid the month to month rental amount so you can begin your rental immediately. Land will be in your name and can be deeded to your group so your friends can also set home and have land controls.
