Theses are 2 seperate plots but joined together, where I had my home and a social bar, which was only for my friends, not the public, so you won't have any random members of the public showing up and my friends are all aware of my new location, so you wont have to worry about them either lol
The sim is very fast and I never had a lag issue, and the reason for my move is I have moved in with the Mrs.
