All these sims offer a double prim allowance on their parcels. Each parcel is roadside to at least one road. The sims are class 5 and tropical in theme with beautiful palm tree lined sidewalks and roads. An ideal location to set up your business.

The difference between commerce and commercial? Well, commerce allows NO clubs, in order to keep lag lower for apartment rentals, offices, stores and other businesses, while commercial welcomes clubs and any other business wishing to locate to a club district. Here is what's available!
